Public Auctions and Tenders
We are currently involved in conducting public auction & tender cases for various financial institutions and body corporates. Besides the abovementioned, we have also successfully dispose of properties held under Prokhas Sdn Bhd (Danaharta Nasional Berhad).
As at December 2019, we have carried out more than 1,300 cases (judicial and non-judicial) of tender and auction for properties located within the state of Sarawak since Year 2009. These cases were conducted by Sr Henry Lu Nam Huat and Sr Terence Yap Wei Tzen, both who are registered estate agents and licensed auctioneers.
Estate Agency
The estate agency division of HASB Consultants (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd was revived in April 2012 under the supervision of Sr Terence Yap Wei Tzen with the assistance of real estate negotiators covering private treaty sale and also rental market.
Currently, our group has conducted the project marketing for the following development:-
- Bowood Villa, Lorong 2 Sungai Tapang, Kuching, Sarawak.
This residential estate is developed by Bowood City Development Sdn. Bhd. It comprises of nine units of terrace and four units of semi-detached dwelling house. Our firm is the sale agent for this development. - Taman Stakan Waja, Jalan Muara Tuang, Kota Samarahan, Sarawak.
This residential estate is developed by Procon Sdn. Bhd. It comprises of 57 units of dwelling house. Our firm is the ad-hoc sale agent for this development. - Royale 8 Residence, Lorong 6 Hui Sing Garden, Kuching, Sarawak.
This residential estate is developed by Team Empire Sdn. Bhd. It comprises of eight units high-end semi-detached dwelling house. Our firm is the ad-hoc sale agent for this development. - Kota Sierramas, Nilai, Negri Sembilan
The residential estate is developed by PNB Development Sdn Bhd and is an integrated township. Our KL office are currently marketing the townhouses for the developer. - Madge Mansions
Madge Mansions consists of three blocks of 10-storey high end condominium blocks, totaling 52 units. Our Selangor office are currently marketing on an Ad-hoc basis for the developer, Gamuda Land. - HCK Group

PPAM’s Oxford Park at 9th Mile Kuching - Serian Road, Muara Tuang where 111 units three storey townhouses are built. About 50% sold were sold by us as at March 2019.
Our group has the following Tenancy Administration jobs:
- A group of individual owners is appointed the group to manage 20 units of their SOHO units in Empire Damansara, Petaling Jaya to liaise with the developer for snagging work during the warranty period, rent collection and reviews, maintenance works cum supervision, payment of statutory taxes and bills and furnishing.
- A number of landlords are using our tenancy administration services for snagging work, management, maintenance, rental collections and payment of charges, taxes and bills.
Property Management
We have taken on several property management assignments and the projects are as below.
Property Management
- Property management advisory to Menara TM at Jalan Pantai Baru, Kuala Lumpur in the years of 1990, 1991 and 1994. The building is 55 storeys or 310 m (1,017 ft) in height and is shaped like a sprouting bamboo shoot. The floor area about 150,000 sq m and the complex also includes a theatre able to seat a 2,500 audience, a large prayer hall (surau) and a sports facility. A unique feature of the tower is its 22 open sky gardens alternating every three floors. The office floors are separated into north and south wings served by express double-deck elevators.
- Property management services for a 15-storey Riverbank Suites and Office Tower with five levels of basement in Kuching City Centre from October 2001 to April 2004. The building was completed in 1996 and during our tenure, we advised to the developer to form a committee similar to the current peninsular requirements of forming a Joint Management Body to assist the owners to understand the developer and vice versa.
- Facilities manager for a cluster of five warehouses in Klang Valley for Mapletree Malaysia Management Sdn Bhd from 1 January 2014 to 28 February 2018. The warehouses cover around 80,000 sq ft of logistic warehousing building space where three of the warehouses are in Shah Alam and the remainder in Subang Jaya.
- Facilities manager for three warehouses in Mapletree Shah Alam Logistics Park (MSALP) for Mapletree Malaysia Management Sdn Bhd since 1 February 2014. The warehouses cover around 640,000 sq ft of logistic warehousing space on a 25-acre land and our tour of duty ended 29 February 2020.
- Property management consulting to Sri Emas Management Corporation at a freehold condominium development known as Sri Emas Condominium, Jalan Hang Isap, off Jala Pudu, Kuala Lumpur from 11 June 2018 to 10 December 2019.
- Property Manager for JMB Oviedo & Seville, a freehold landed strata development located at Diamond Residence, Semenyih. The development has 208 detached houses on landed strata parcels and we commenced on 1 January 2019 with a familiarization exercise in December 2018. We ended our service on 17 February 2020.

Current Projects:
- Property management advisory and consultancy to the Joint Management Body (JMB) of Desa Gembira Condominium at Happy Garden, Kuala Lumpur on an-hoc basis in November 2013 to October 2014 and we are appointed as the managing agent for the JMB from 1 March 2017. The condominium had 362 residential units and a clubhouse with facilities sited on a surveyed land area of 16,942 sq m (about 1.69 ha or 4.19 ac). We have been renewed for three terms and we are in the fourth term.
- Property manager for Casa 2 Management Corporation, the management body for a freehold strata condominium development known as Casa Damansara 2. The development has 152 condominium units in a 21-storey residential block with facilities sited on at 0.54 ha (about 1.34 ac) plot of land and we commenced on 7 August 2019.
- Property manager for Badan Pergurusan Bersama (JMB) Pacific 63, the management body for a 99-year leasehold strata SOHO development known as Pacific 63. The development has 260 condominium units in a 21-storey residential block with facilities and we commenced on 1 December 2019 for one-year contract.
- Property consultancy for Ohako Asset Management Sdn Bhd, the property management arm of Marimo Land Bhd, the Malaysian development arm of Marimo Co. Ltd of Japan. Our appointment starts from 1 July 2020 during the developer’s management period until the formation of the Joint Management Body or Management Corporation for their freehold O’hako Residence, Bandar Puchong Jaya, Puchong. Sited on a 1.78 ha (about 4.4 ac) land, the development consists of two 31-storey blocks of 718 units of serviced residences with a facilities podium block and was completed in November 2019. The unit size consists of 75.72 sq m (815 sq ft), 88.72 sq m (955 sq ft) and 93.09 sq m (1,002 sq ft), with the latter two being three-bed, two-bath units.
